AT&T wireless customers: postpaid churn rate 2007-2024

The U.S. telecommunications operator AT&T reported a postpaid wireless churn rate of 0.92 percent in 2024, a decrease on the rate of 0.98 percent reported the previous year. The churn rate for wireless postpaid phone customers only dropped to 0.76 percent.
