The corporate travel industry has been disrupted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. As a result, companies are looking to implement innovations to manage the long-term effects of the pandemic. According to a November 2020 survey, about 38 percent of travel buyers believed that travel digitization is going to be somewhat more important for their company after COVID-19. In contrast, only 1.3 percent of respondents did not consider digitization to be of any importance after the pandemic.
