Leading alternative fuel car models in Germany by new registrations 2021

Between January and December 2021, the car model with the highest number of new registrations in Germany was the Tesla Model 3, followed by the VW Up. Both models recorded yearly sales above 31,000 units. Volkswagen was the most popular brand in the country, manufacturing three out of the leading ten models.
