Watching television remained quite stable within the population in Norway in 2022, with 47 percent of people consuming TV on a daily basis. However, while the share of younger TV audiences decreased, traditional TV still gained in popularity among people aged 45 years and older. 78 percent of 67 to-79-year-olds, for example, watched TV daily in 2022, up from 75 percent of respondents in this age group in the previous year.
