FAST channel categories with the best revenue growth prospects worldwide 2024

A survey conducted from December 2023 to January 2024 found that 49 percent of senior media executives believe that partnering service providers like Pluto or Samsung to launch channels together, has one of the best revenue growth prospects for free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels, making it the top key area worldwide. Licensing content to service providers for their own O&O channels ranked second, with 23 percent of respondents stating that this category will be a number-one opportunity for the industry in 2024.
