Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, mainstream chocolate candy brands in the United States have gained approximately 4.6 percent in market share. This constitutes the largest increase among all segments of chocolate candy brands. By contrast, the market share of super premium brands has decreased by 1.3 percent.
