Finland: online grocery shopping during COVID-19

Based on the 2020 survey results, online shopping for groceries and other goods increased by ten percent in Finland during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic between April and June 2020. While only a small percentage of people bought groceries or daily consumer goods regularly online prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, the willingness to purchase online noticeably increased during the pandemic. However, around 64 percent of the respondents said that did not buy or try to buy groceries online as of June 2020.
