Leading devices used by elderly for shopping on e-commerce platforms in China 2022

According to the Statista Global Consumer Survey conducted in China in 2022, more than half of the older respondents stated they used smartphones for online shopping. Comparatively, around 27 percent of the senior respondents proclaimed that the tablet was their preferred device for purchasing merchandise online.
