This statistic shows the net promoter score (NPS) of e-commerce websites in fashion in Belgium from 2011 to 2019. In 2019, the NPS score reached a value of 21 with approximately 36 percent of the respondents giving the websites a rating of 9 to 10. This is a decrease when compared to the previous year.

The most popular online retailer in Belgium is Amazon.fr, the French version of Amazon, with roughly 160 million visits. Chinese web shop Alixexpress had approximately 66 million visits from Belgium. 2ememain.be and 2dehands.be (the same online platform, in respectively French and Dutch) were the most visited online platform with domestic origins.
