This statistic shows the average annual salary of employees in not privately held companies and organizations in urban China in 2022, by sector. In 2022, the average annual wage of a construction worker in urban China was around 78,300 yuan, compared to 75,800 in the previous year. IT, research, and financial services are sectors where the average income is the highest.
