Likelihood to opt out of mailing lists in the U.S. 2023, by age group
During a December 2023 survey in the United States, roughly two-thirds (or 64.3 percent) of consumers aged 55 to 64 reported habitually (always or most of the time) opting out of brands' mailing lists. Among interviewees aged 18 to 24, the respective share stood at approximately 53 percent.
