Sales share of leading soy protein food product in Japan 2022
Asahico's tofu bar distributed under the "Tanpakushitsu 10g no Tofu Bar" brand with umami kelp (konbu) flavoring was the most sold soybean protein-based food product sold in December 2022 in Japan. The basil-salt flavored version from the same product line was the second most sold product with a 7.4 percent share. The products refer to a flavored tofu bar of 10 grams sold in single-packaging in Japan.
