From July 2021 to June 2022, American Indians or Alaska Natives were the ethnic group reporting the highest death rate from Long COVID per million population in the United States. Among this ethnic group, the mortality rate from COVID-19 was about 1,795 deaths per million population, while nearly 15 individuals per million died due to Long COVID.
