Sustainability strategies of retail SMBs in the U.S. 2022-2023

Since 2022, logistics has gained relevance in sustainability practices of small- and medium businesses operating in U.S. retail. According to a survey, 59 percent of professionals gave priority to eco-friendly logistics in 2023 while only 43 percent of them stated so in 2022. In 2023, reverse logistics involving products returns was mentioned by 49 percent of respondents, 17 percent up from the previous year.
