In-store features impacting customer loyalty according to UK & U.S. retailers 2022
A 2022 survey conducted among retailers in the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States revealed that 81 percent of retail executives believed that the most important in-store features that led to increased consumer loyalty were access to mobile apps and their ability to use QR code scanner apps to check the prices and inventory in the stores. A further 77 percent of the polled retailers found digital rewards and coupons to be another important factor contributing to consumer loyalty.
