In 2022, Israel registered 0.76 points in the Digital Quality of Life index. The country obtained the highest overall score in the world, especially in the pillars of internet affordability and e-infrastructure.

The index evaluates 117 countries based on five pillars: internet affordability, internet quality, e-infrastructure, e-security, and e-government using 14 indicators. The index values range from zero to one points, with one being the highest quality of digital wellbeing.
The data has been weighted with each pillar accounting for 20 percent.
All pillars had two indicators, except for internet quality, which covered six indicators.
