Support for welcoming part of the Ukrainian refugees in France 2022, by age
In France, older people were more likely to support welcoming part of the Ukrainian refugees in the country. In fact, when questioned in May 2022, more than two months after the start of the war, and while thousands of Ukrainians are currently fleeing their country, about nine out of ten people over the age of 50 were in favor of welcoming some of these refugees, while this proportion was 73 percent among 18-24 year olds.
