DALYs due to mental health disorders in Mexico 2019, by type of condition
In 2019, depressive disorders and major depressive disorders had the highest disability-adjusted life years per 100,000 population due to mental health disorders in Mexico, with an estimated 651.2 years and 560.9 years of life free of health impairment lost due to these conditions. Anxiety disorders followed, with an estimate of about 344.6 years of healthy life lost per 100,000 people due to this type of mental health condition.
