Volume of freight handled in China's inland river ports 2022, by freight type
In 2022, China's inland river ports handled a total of 3.17 billion metric tons of inbound cargo and 2.38 billion metrics tons of outbound cargo. By freight type, about 949 million metric tons of mineral building materials were processed inbound, while more than 793 million metric tons were treated outbound.
