The average daily viewing time of paid video on demand services in Germany has increased significantly in recent years. During the survey wave up to and including the fourth quarter 2022, Germans used video on demand platforms for an average of 33 minutes per day. The figures are based on a survey conducted in Germany among respondents aged between 14 and 69 years.
