As of 2022, an estimated number of 329 thousand full-time equivalent jobs were lost in Ghana due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. This was aggregated considering 40 hours per week of working time. In 2021, 633 thousand full-time equivalent jobs were lost due to the pandemic, decreasing from around 694 thousand in the previous year.
