Average net hourly wage of Parisians 2021 by gender and socio-professional category
In 2021, women working in Paris earned on average six euros less per hour than their male counterparts. This gap was even wider among executives and higher intellectual professions (which is also the case for France in general), where men earned an average of almost 42 euros per hour, compared to just almost 32 euros for women.
