Types of negative encounters French children aged 11 to 18 fear to make in 2020-2021
The statistic represents the types of main problems French children are scared to encounter on social media in 2020 and 2021. About 30 percent percent were scared on being harassed or annoyed on social media in 2020 and 2021. Two percent more children in 2021 than in 2020 mentioned that they were scared to get their personal data stolen. The same survey asked children which social media activites they engaged the most with, finding out that most of them used these platforms to communicate with their friends and family.
