In 2019, 76.3 percent of British people believed that tobacco use increases a person's risk of developing cancer. The majority of individuals in each of the provided countries believe that tobacco use increases cancer risk. On the other hand, only 38 percent of German respondents and 28 percent of Swedish respondents think that drinking alcohol can increase a person's cancer risk.
