Personal measures taken to reduce cancer risk in Great Britain 2019
In 2019, over 29 percent of British individuals had limited or completely avoided smoking or using tobacco products in the last twelve months in an attempt to lower their risk of developing cancer. Approximately 29 percent of respondents had also increased their consumption of healthy foods, although 28 percent of Brits have taken zero measures to reduce their cancer risk.
