"Craft Beer" is a craft-brewed beer. The Brewers Association defines "Craft Beer" as a beer "by a brewer who breeds in a traditional way in small quantities and independently of corporations". Often, Craft Beer often features the same characteristics as an IPA (India Pale Ale), full-bodied and often fruity.
