Important hospital characteristics according to U.S. adults 2017, by age
This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in the United States in March 2017, by age. U.S. adults were asked about characteristics of hospitals that are most important to them. In total, 72 percent of those aged 18 to 29 years said that the friendliness of staff was an important characteristic of a hospital, compared to just 48 percent of those aged 61 percent and older.
