This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in the United States in November 2016. U.S. consumers were asked what would trigger them to prepare more meals at home. During the survey, 54 percent of the respondents with annual incomes amounting to less than 35,000 U.S. dollars named cheaper groceries as an influencing factor.
