Pemex's natural gas production 2008-2023
The natural gas production of Petróleos Mexicanos, commonly known as Pemex, amounted to approximately 4.9 billion cubic feet per day in 2023. This represented an increase of around 4.3 percent in comparison to the previous year. The company's natural gas output has been on a mostly downward trend throughout the indicated period. Similarly, Pemex's annual crude oil production decreased by nearly 37 percent in the period between 2008 and 2022.
