This statistic shows the results of a public opinion poll, asking British adults whether they think government spending on arts and culture in England in 2013 was too much, too little or about right. Of respondents in 2014, the majority felt 0.7 percent of government spending was about the right amount or too little to be spent on the arts. A smaller share, 19 percent, believed this was too much.
