This statistic shows the share of UK consumers expecting to spend more on housing costs (e.g. rent, mortgage and maintenance) in the United Kingdom from 4th quarter 2011 to 4th quarter 2015. According to Deloitte's consumer tracker, consumer spending on house costs over the next three months of each quarter was expected to increase. In quarter 4 of 2014, the net percentage of those expecting to spend more was up 5 percent.
