This statistic displays the view of U.S. adults on the morality of suicide in selected circumstances as of 2013. About 56 percent of U.S. adults said there is a moral right to suicide when a person has an incurable disease. In the last 15 years, the percentage of people saying that medical professionals should do everything possible to save a patients life has increased.
