Gender pay gap in Portugal 2010-2021

In Portugal, the gender pay gap (GPG) has shown a decreasing tendency over the period considered. In 2010, it was at almost 18 percent and, in 2015, it was registered at nearly 17 percent. In 2021, women's average monthly wages were 13 percent lower than men's.
