Perceived disadvantages of using job web portals Indonesia 2023
A 2023 survey conducted in Indonesia revealed that approximately 58 percent of respondents perceived certain drawbacks of using job web portals included high competition among job seekers and incomplete job information for certain job openings. Additionally, more than 50 percent of respondents pointed out that other disadvantages of using job portals were slow responses from recruiters and a lack of transparency in the selection process.
