Almost 70 percent of female beauty shoppers from Spain have recently used a facial cleansing brush as part of their skincare routine. Cleansing brushes, which are often battery-powered, are used to help wash and exfoliate the face, and are advertised as tools for softer skin, smaller pores, and wrinkle-reduction. The Jade Roller comes next in popularity — four in ten beauty shoppers say they have used the facial massage tool, a legacy from China's Qing dynasty era, that promises to reduce puffiness and brighten skin.
The beauty tech segment of the market, which focuses on beauty devices which utilize advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and augmented reality, is also rising to prominence.
