Raw milk demand volume in the dairy product industry in Japan FY 2013-2022
In fiscal year 2022, around 3.55 million tons of raw milk were processed in the dairy product industry in Japan, declining slightly from the decade high in the previous year. The Japanese industry separates the domestic raw milk output into two main processing purposes: milk for direct consumption and milk for processed dairy products.
