According to a survey on Singaporean consumers in June 2020, around 81 percent of respondents stated that they were eager and willing to receive discounts and promotions. When asked about their priorities between heavy discounts or quality, 61 percent of respondents stated that the quality and safety of the products they purchased were more important than discounts.
