In 2020, the non-food shopping methods have changed for many Russian due to the COVID-19 pandemic and following restrictive measures. Nearly 40 percent of respondents stated that they increased the usage of mobile phones and PC for online orders of such products. About every tenth respondent revealed having used smart assistance devices for the same purposes.
