In the year 2022, the Gross National Income (GNI) per capita in Vietnam amounted to 12.8 thousand current international dollars, indicating a significant increase in comparison to the previous year. In the same year, the GNI in Vietnam reached 388.89 billion U.S. dollars. Notably, the Gross National Income has continuously increased over the last few years.
Gross National Income is the aggregate value added by all resident producers adding product taxes (minus subsidies) not covered in the output valuation plus net receipts of primary income (compensation for income on property and employees) coming from overseas. Figures are in current U.S. dollars.
