Poll on the main disadvantages of teleworking in Romania 2020
The majority of employees surveyed for this study responded that the biggest disadvantage of home office in Romania was the absence of social interaction with colleagues, followed by the lack of an optimal working environment. Only 32 percent of respondents complained about having a higher amount of work.
