Costa Rica: main trade partners 2022, by trading value
In 2022, the United States was Costa Rica's most important trade partner. In that year, Costa Rica traded goods worth approximately 14.9 billion U.S. dollars with the United States, from which 6.7 billion dollars accounted for exported goods, and 8.2 billion dollars for imported merchandise. Meanwhile, this Central American country traded a total of 1.3 billion U.S. dollars with Netherlands, from which 91 percent accounted for exports.
