Companies planning to create an LGBT-friendly work environment in Japan 2019
According to a survey conducted in November 2019 about diversity in the workplace, around 73 percent of Japanese respondents felt that their company should make an effort to create an LGBT-friendly work environment. Approximately 26 percent of responding companies stated not to feel obliged to do so.
