Conversion rate for cosmetics during COVID-19 lockdown outbreak in France 2020

After the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) the source had analyzed the conversion rate for the online cosmetic industry in France. The conversion rate index for the weeks following the lockdown was based on the weeks before the lockdown with and index of 100.
For the week ending on the 22nd of March, this rate was at its highest with an index of 171. In June and after the confinement, the conversion index had started to decline, reaching an index of about 101.
In terms of conversion rate percentages, as well as traffic, the cosmetic industry had a rate of almost 40 percent between the 23rd and 29th of March 2020.
