COVID-19 outbreak, lockdown measures have been taken all around the globe in order to limit the spread of the virus and its disease. In the working world, home office has been one of the main structural changes implemented by companies in order to avoid local outbreaks. According to a survey carried out among recruiters in Mexico between March and April 2020, more than 90 percent of respondents described the working from home period as effective or very effective. The main perceived benefit of home office amongst recruiters was the reduction of time and money allocated to commuting.
