Frequency of xenophobic comments experienced by French internet users 2018

This survey questions French Internet users on the frequency with which they were confronted, as a victim or a witness, with xenophobic remarks online in 2018. We note that that year, around 60 percent of the respondents replied that they had never witnessed or suffered such behavior on the Internet. Nevertheless, the total of people who encountered them amounted to 35 percent, with most of French people having rarely experienced them.
