Share of working women experiencing pregnancy related depression in China 2019
According to the survey on the mental well-being of Chinese career women in 2019, some 46 percent of respondents reported they had a postpartum depression, while about 27.7 percent stated they experienced depression during their pregnancy. For nine percent of the respondents, the depression lasted for longer than a year.
