Japan: attitude towards self-restraint in leisure participation during coronavirus by type 2020

According to a survey conducted by GEM Partners in October 2020, around 53 percent of respondents in Japan stated that they must absolutely refrain from visiting night clubs, such as hostess bars and host clubs, until the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic comes to an end. The source pointed out that the share of respondents who felt obliged to practice self-control for the leisure activities involving going outside of the house increased compared to the previous survey conducted in October.
