After the declaration of the state of alarm on March 14, 2020 due to COVID-19, Spain experienced a phenomenon hitherto unknown in the country's recent history: a quarantine.
For approximately eight weeks and following the government measures established, the population was confined to their homes trying to avoid the contagion of the dreaded SARS-CoV-2. But staying home did not necessarily mean stop working. On the contrary, according to a study carried out between April 6th and 8th, 2020, 40% of those surveyed had the option of being able to telework . Of these, more than 50% rated the experience as good or very good and gave it a score of 7 or more points.
