The recently announced working holidays from March 30 to April 5, 2020 with the purpose of preventing the further expansion of the coronavirus (COVID-19) across the country were expected to cause a significant damage to the already weakened Russian economy, according to experts. The total losses were estimated in the range between 1.3 and 1.6 trillion Russian rubles.
