Perception of advantages of EU membership in the Netherlands 1996-2017
Within the 20 year time-frame considered in this statistic, the share of people surveyed in the Netherlands who indicated that they considered European Union membership to be an advantage for the Netherlands remained relatively stable overall, at around 65 percent. Meanwhile, the share of respondents who indicated that they did not see EU membership as an advantage appeared to increase, peaking in 2015 at 31 percent.
